Collect your keys by showing the code to the shopkeeper in the store.

Scan the key card on the entry system to the right of the door and head to the elevator – press floor 19.

Follow the building round to the right until you reach apartment 1915.

1) On your way out please feel free to leave the windows open so the apartment can have some fresh air whilst the cleaners arrive.

2) TURN OFF ALL HEATING & LOCK THE DOORS, then hand the keys back to the store where you collected them.

If you have time to send us a quick message when you leave we’d really appreciate it. That will help us alert our cleaners for the next guests.
