Apartments 1-13 are on the ground floor and 14-27 are on the first floor.

If any issues occur, we have a 24/7 onsite cleaner located in apartment 13 that may be able to help.

For key access, the onsite cleaner will meet you in the entrance and will hand the keys over to you. If no one is there please call +447878954053 and they will be with you asap.

Use the entry system to the left of the door and press the number “0” to start typing the code.

The code is: 898900

Please watch the video if you are having difficulties entering the code.

PLEASE LEAVE THE KEYS IN THE DOOR WHEN YOU CHECK OUT

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM

1) On your way out please feel free to leave the windows open so the apartment can have some fresh air whilst the cleaners arrive.

2) TURN OFF ALL HEATING & LOCK THE DOORS, then hand the keys back to the store where you collected them.

If you have time to send us a quick message when you leave we’d really appreciate it. That will help us alert our cleaners for the next guests.
